SKI
The Val d'Anniviers is a skier's paradise of quiet slopes, varied terrain and an excellent snow record. The valley boasts over 225km of pistes, the majority of which sit above 2000m. In addition, we simply have to mention the views, which include the iconic "Imperial Crown" of 4000m peaks which sits as a magnificent backdrop to the valley. The off-piste opportunities are vast and the valley's relative anonymity means that the fresh stuff tends to stick around!
Our location in Ayer means that La Bergère is less than 15 minutes by car to the main ski areas in the Val d'Anniviers - Grimentz-Zinal and St Luc-Chandolin - and the ski bus stop is less than 100 metres from the front door.
The ski pass covers both the larger areas and also the small resort of Vercorin, approximately 30 minutes by car, where you will find plenty of tree-lined slopes.
